"Judy In Disguise (With Glasses)" was taken from a BBC Radio 1 session in 1968 and the first version of "Spinning Wheel Blues" was a demo recording. The second version of "Spinning Wheel Blues", and "(April) Spring Summer And Wednesdays", were copied from the German T.V. programme 'Beat Club' originally filmed in Breman in 1970. The recording of "Down The Dustpipe" was a 'live' version of the song from the Granada T.V. 'Doing Their Thing' programme filmed in 1970. "Mean Girl" and "Mad About The Boy" (with just guide vocals) were both demo recordings. "The House" was a demo of Bernie Frost's single of 1974 which featured some members of Quo.  The 'live' recordings of "Little Lady" and "Paper Plane" were taken from the mispressed "The Anniversary Waltz Part One" 12 single.  The "Blues Jam" featured Rick Parfitt and Brian May and was from a German TV show on the 31st May 1998.

The tracks from "Caroline" through to "Under The Influence" were from The Dutch radio 3 broadcast of the 22nd. April 1999. "Whatever You Want", "Roadhouse Blues" and "Bye Bye Medley" were 'live' recordings from Quo's concert in Stockholm, Sweden, on the 19th. November 1994. The 'live recording of "Gerdundula" was from the gig in Tokyo, Japan, on the 28th. February 1997 and "Don't Waste My Time" from the band's anniversary concert in Minehead on the 10th. October 1990.
